M-Gen allows users to easily generate music by simply tapping a red button. The compositions can be sent via email or stored on Google Drive in various formats:

 <li>The ability to generate melody, harmony, bassline, percussion, and effects tracks both separately and collectively</li>
 <li>Like/Dislike buttons during playback to facilitate real-time composition adjustments</li>
 <li>Customizable instrumental layers (up to 4 layers maximum; 8 for percussion)</li>
 <li>Options to select key, tempo, soundset, and style</li>
 <li>Structural customization using sections like chorus, verse, and middle-eight</li>
 <li>The capability to name and save up to five generated songs on the device for later playback</li>

M-Gen also includes in-app purchase options that enhance its functionality:
